Forgot password option is not working

    Hello There


    I have made one account on jotform with the ID

    unfortunatly I have forgot the password of the account and now when I am trying to use reset options it shows that email send on that ID but it is not coming in my ID .


    Kindly guide me to reset my password of the account.

    I've re-sent the instructions to your email address. Can you please check your inbox and your spam/junk folder again?
