Has this been resolved? I'm having similar issue with radio buttons not hiding fields once an alternative option has displayed the hidden drop down boxes. I refer to the Are you a Student question on my form. If you select school student it shows the voucher boxes in the NTG Sport Voucher section. However if I then change it to University student it does not hide the voucher boxes.

I did check your form and the condition you have added to show hide the "NTG Sports Voucher" field seems to work as expected. When I select the "School Student" radio button option, it does display the "NTG Sports Voucher" field correctly. If I change the selection to "University/TAFE" the "NTG Sports Voucher" field is not displayed any more. Please check the screenshot below:
Please explain your question a bit more in detail on which part of your condition is not working and we will take a look.
We will wait for your response.

Additionally I selected an option from the Sports Voucher drop down box after it appeared. The Voucher windows then stay visible when the radio button option is changed to University.
The rule on the radio button and Sports Voucher field should work in conjunction so that it hides the voucher number windows as well.
Thanks for investigating.

Unfortunately, I can not reproduce the issue related to hide the fields when Are you student is not School Student, but in regards to the second issue, it's because you only show the fields depending on the drop down, then when the options is not school and in the Sports Voucher is still selected an option, the fields will be there, to fix it just modify your current conditions :
And also set both fields as hidden :
Take a look to my cloned form here :
It's working fine now.
