Can I disable or enable only one field of matrix?

Could you please elaborate a bit more on what you are looking for and how you would like to disable a field. I am assuming that you would like to disable a particular depending on how the user fills in a form. Can you please indicate what rule that you would like to use and the fields you wish to disable.
