JotForm producing incorrect $ calculation

    Hello liyam,

    I have been waiting for the development teams response to the incorrect calculation your form sends to PayPal. I've also noticed that there are a couple more forum members waiting for the very same solution to this probem...they too are hanging in the wind. Any idea when the development team is going to get on this???

    I understand the frenzie you folks must have gone thru re: the Godaddy shutdown...but guy's (and ladies) this is getting beyond absurd, It's been two months since I requested that you look into your own malfunctioning widget. I planned on becoming a paying subscriber for 3 additional sites that I'm responsible for...but now I'm doubtful about your tech support.

    @saaba, until this issue is solved, it is possible to remove Total field from your payment form.

    As far as I know, it is sending correct amount to PayPal and showing correct ammount on PayPal payment page.

    @lfa, this issue is assigned to one of our developers, we will update this thread once we get any more information. Please note that subscription feature does work, there is just a slight problem with the total on form itself.
