    Can I change my username?

    You cannot change your username in your end.

    But we can do that upon your request. Please provide us at least 3 usernames (just in case the first one is not anymore available), and we will proceed on that.

    Please note that after the change, custom form URLs will not anymore work because they bear your old username, but default form URLs (the ones with the form ID) will still be accessible.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Paul, your first choice workplatform was already taken.

    Please note that your username has been changed from paulstray to workplatforltd. Please log out and log back into your account to make sure you have started a fresh session with your new username.

    Hi Paul.

    I have copy/pasted your desired usernames exactly as it was provided in your earlier email, and it seems you may have had a typo there. Your new username was set to workplatforltd. Notice that there is no "m" in "platfor".

    As I understand it from your last email to us, you actually wanted to use workplatformltd as your username instead. Please note that your username has just been updated to workplatformltd (with "m").
