Double Payment

    Good morning I would like to know why there are two bills and two charges for the service? See screenshot.

    Sorry for this inconvenience. I have verified and noticed that your were charged twice. You were charge once with PayPal and the second with FastSpring. Before we do anything could you please indicate which method you would like to use (PayPal or FastSpring). Once we have this, we will give you a refund of $199 on the other payment.

    Dear Victor,

    thanks for your explanation. I would like to pay by FastSpring.

    Please delete the invoice referred to the wrong payment. 

    I'm waiting to receiving the refund on my paypal account for usd 199.00.

    Could you please send me the confirmation of the refunded?

    We have canceled and refunded the Paypal subscription.
