Downgrade and refund

    Dear Jotform, 

    I upgrade to Bronze status last month, however, I was not under the impression that this would set off automatic monthly paymnets, but that I would be at least prompted for the following payment. I no longer need the subscription. The payment for December was made yesterday. is it possible to downgrade now and receive a refund for the payment made yesterday?

    Thank you for contacting us. We will be glad to assist you with this. Since you are using PayPal, please cancel your subscription in Paypal. Once you have cancelled, please let us know so we may proceed on your refund.
