Thank you so much for the quick response.
    Couple more questions :oD
What does the orange folder with the number 2, 10, 1 mean below?
How long do you keep the data that is submitted thru your software? What about the files uploaded how long are they available for? Is that data secure? Do you sell the data? What do you with it? who else has access to the data submitted thru your forms? <-- This is hugely important please if you can provide very detailed answers would be greatly appreciated.
By the way the all time stats are not working properly on the special orders quote request form.

Update (April 19, 2018) HIPAA is available for our Gold and Silver plans.

What does the orange folder with the number 2, 10, 1 mean below?

I believe you are referring to the orange folders next to your forms in the My Forms section of your account.  This refers to the number of unread submissions in for that form.

How long do you keep the data that is submitted thru your software?

We keep data until you delete it.  We do not remove or edit your data for any reason.

What about the files uploaded how long are they available for?

Same as submitted data, files are retained until you delete the submission they are attached to.

Is that data secure? Do you sell the data? What do you with it? who else has access to the data submitted thru your forms?

Your data is secure in your account and is only accessible by you.  We do not share it with any third parties for any reason.  No one else has access to the data at any level.  We do not even share user or form metrics.

If you would like more information on form security, here is a good outline on using your forms in the most secure manner:

Great news! JotForm now offers HIPAA compliance. This means users in the healthcare industry can use JotForm to collect sensitive patient information through consent and onboarding forms, medical history updates, online bill payments, and prescription refill requests.

HIPAA-compliant forms require a Gold pricing plan, which is only $99 a month or a Silver pricing plan, which is $39 a month. A business associate agreement (BAA) is also available upon request.

For more information about our HIPAA-compliant forms, visit www.jotform.com/hipaa
