Unfortunately, we don't have an exact option to disable the enter button from submitting your JotForm.

However the possible workaround would be to make your form field required.

You can also add page breaks to your form. That way when pressing ENTER form will not be submitted unless you are on last page of your form where submit button is. So on last page of your form you can have submit button and one required field for example.

It is also possible to do this via your jotform's source code. Please see this thread here http://www.jotform.com/answers/355370-How-to-stop-form-submitting-when-enter-is-pressed for a workaround provided by one of our supporters who explains how to do that.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
