If I use a coupon on my form that brings my total to zero, the credit card number is still required. Is there any way to change this so that coupon users can skip the credit card entry? Thank you!

If I understand you correctly, you wish to make it so that your users can submit a form without having to enter their CC information, but only if they have access to a special code. Yes, we can achieve this with coupon codes.

I have just tested this on a cloned version of your form, and while using a coupon for 100% off, the form no longer required credit card details to be entered.

When using a 100% off coupon, I've left CC info empty:

It went on to Preview without a hitch:

And the form was submitted, all without requiring the CC information to be filled:

If I understand you correctly, this is the behavior that you were looking to achieve. In order to achieve that, I have used a coupon set up as in the following screenshot:

Discount Type is set to Percentage, Discount rate to 100%, Apply discount to Products, and Discounted Items to All Items.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance in setting it up, and we'll be happy to assist you.
