sou cliente free ha anos e tinha 3 formilarios e tambem vários preenchidos na caixa de entrada, porem hoje nao estou conseguindo mais visualiza-los, voces apagaram ? O formularia que eu havia criado tambem nao estao mais funcionando.

I have checked your account username(adrianmaia) and I'm seeing only two forms saved in your account. I can also verify that you're still on a free subscription and the status of your account is active.
However, I'm not seeing any submissions on those two forms. I'm not sure also which formula are you talking about. Can you be more specific with that, please?
