Campaign Monitor Integration: Only allows to select the first element from the list, it's disabling other options

    I am experiencing the same issue.  How will you inform us that problem has been resolved?

    By the way, I am using Campaign Monitor Agency version if that makes any difference.

    I can see the same issue in your form, I cloned it and I can only select the first option, I will escalate it to our second level, you will get news about the progress on this thread soon.
