Hi, I have a requirement to build a form for a web/app that jot form would be ideal for. However, the form is complex in terms of it needs to be in stages (one question) per page (which I know jot form can do), the question answers on each page are yes/no/unsure, and the answer that they give determines what the next question should be, and if they click no needs to reveal a pdf download/link, etc, aswell as enabling them to click on to the next question. Is this possible with jot form?

Yes, this is possible in JotForm. We have different types of conditions you can use to achieve this:
We also have a guide about conditions, please check it: Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic
Let us know if you need any help. Thank you.
