Hi, my client is reporting that they are not receiving emails from their form at http://form.jotform.com/form/12540949237

Also when I go into the notifications settings and attempt to send a test email to another email address it says "could not instantiate mail function."

Could you please advise asap of what the issue is, and if it will be fixed, otherwise I'll need to seek out another form provider.

Also I noticed when I look at the database of previous submissions, some of them have a mail icon next to them and some do not... Does this indicate some have been sent and some haven't?

    Please advise...

    Hi,

The test email was sent successfully. Does that mean that the submissions will bve received from now on too?

Also can you tell me what the envelope icon represents in the list of submissions?

Hi also I forgot to mention that when I load up the registration page with the form in it, it only seems to load about half way down... I am using chrome as my browser, but I have seen it happen in other browsers too. Is this somehow connected to the issue?

Yes, if you've experienced any problem with this, just let us know.

Also can you tell me what the envelope icon represents in the list of submissions?

Close envelope icon represents the unopened/unread submissions. When you'll click it, the close envelope becomes open envelope which now means the submissions is already accessed.

No it's not. The reason why the mail function couldn't instantiate is because you've registered email address with incorrect domain name (e.g. samplemail@mywebsite.com.au.au). I have already fixed it for your convenenience.

Going back to your other concern, could you please try again this time and let us know the result so we could further investigate this new issue? It would also be helpful if you can provide some screens for this. Thanks in advance.

I hope this clears things up. If you have more questions, please feel free to contact us again. Thank you so much!

The problem is related to shrunken Submit Button. In order to solve the problem please remove your shrunken Submit Button and add the full size Submit Button.

Please give it a try, and let us know if you need any further assistance.
