Email Submission based on conditional logic

    Hi there,

     

    can you please help me with my form? I have set up conditional logic and need help acitivating the email portion!

    I have checked your form, 53377021019146, and I do not see any Email Notifications set on it.

    In order to use conditional emails, please first set up an email notification on your form. Only then you will be able to use Conditional Logic to send that notification to different recipients based on your conditions.

    While setting up your email notification, please make sure to fill out the Sender Name and Sender Email fields to avoid any issues with your form emails from being sent. You can read more about correctly setting up an email notification in this guide.
