Is there a way to remove an option after it's been submitted once?

Hi there, I'm trying to create a membership vote form and would like to be able to hide a specific member's name from the dropdown if it's been used by that member.

For example John Smith casts his vote and submits. His name then disappears from the dropdown list when the other members look at it. Is this possible at all?

    Many thanks,

    Maribel

    Hello Maribel,

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want your users not to be able to select an option if some other users have already selected it. Is that correct?

it is not possible to remove/disable an option form the dropdown field but you can take advantage of our "Gift Registry" and "Quantity Gift Registry" widgets to achieve your requirement.

Gift registry will disable an item from the list of submission is received with that selection. Please check the screenshot below:

Do try out these widgets and see if that fits into your requirement.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
