I created a google sheets spreadsheet through jotform, 2016 Certificate of Attendance and a request form.
This is what I'm trying to do.
There will be a list of names and email addresses on the google spreadsheet. (right now only my name appears.) A member will complete the form and if their email address appears on the spreadsheet it should forward a certificate to their email with their first name and last name on it.
I'm not sure how to tie the condition to the google sheets to activate the certificate.
Can you help?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reference external documents in your conditions. The only integration the form has with the spreadsheet is forwarding collecting data to the sheet. The form cannot access the sheet to reference in conditions.
If you need conditions based on names, you would need to set up a specific condition for each name.
