Please can my account be deactivated?

I have checked you account and it appears it was auto-suspended.

This happens if you happen to have form that collects sensitive user information in case this would be the VISA Secure Payment form, you can revise the form to exclude the credit card collection fields to allow re-activation of your account.

If you do not intend to use your account you can confirm if you want it deleted permanently.
