Changing payment plans

    I want to go back to the starter payment plan but when I choose "Downgrade" it looks like I am cancelling it all together. I don't want to lose my account, just go back to the starter until we need to upgrade. Thanks.

    Hi,

    The cancellation is only in regards to your subscription.  Your account and forms will remain active after your cancel as long as you remain below the Free account limits.  Cancelling will indeed set you back to a Free account and you will not have any issues or changes with your forms.
