forms updating/modifying haven't been possible for the forms we created (http://www.jotform.com/?formID=12820807814, http://www.jotform.com/?formID=12793021834 and http://www.jotform.com/?formID=12784313854) for 3 days now. We are two users using Firefox 8 and 9.
In my case, when i click on "sauvegarde" button (french version of Jotform), it runs indefinitely without saving modifications. In my colleague's case, pop-up message appears when clicking on this button : "There was an error on the page. Try reloading the page" and no modifications are taken in account.
It was working properly before, even though my colleague frequently has this pop-up message.
When i tried yesterday in the evening at home using my personnal internet connection and the lap-top i usually use to modify forms, it worked properly. We are using a firm network: could it come from this network? If yes, what would we have to change so that it work all the times? Did you change anything recently on your "flow requirements" (expression used by my network manager)?
Thanks for your help

On your office network, does the save function now not work at all, or does it work occassionally?

I was unable to recreate your issue on my end. As you have mentioned that JotForm works perfectly fine on a different connection, I have a hunch that the problem is caused by a network connection issue in your office - could be the firewall or proxy.
Have you contacted your network administrator for help regarding this?

I talked to my network administrator and she thinks that the problem could come from a modification from your side, as she told me "modification of your flow requirements" (may be my translation is not suitable...). She says that because it was working before...not very well but working!
What do i have to ask her try to find a solution? Only speak of proxy and firewall? Or is there anything more specific?

You can ask if the following set of ip ranges that JotForm could use are available from your network:
We are using a DNS based security proxy called CloudFlare. So, our IP addresses always change.
CloudFlare uses the following IPv4 address ranges:
220.127.116.11/24 (18.104.22.168 - 22.214.171.124)
126.96.36.199/24 (188.8.131.52 - 184.108.40.206)
220.127.116.11/21 (18.104.22.168 - 22.214.171.124)
126.96.36.199/20 (188.8.131.52 - 184.108.40.206)
220.127.116.11/22 (18.104.22.168 - 22.214.171.124)
126.96.36.199/18 (188.8.131.52 - 184.108.40.206)
220.127.116.11/18 (18.104.22.168 - 22.214.171.124)
CloudFlare uses the following IPv6 address ranges:
2400:CB00:/32 (2400:CB00:0000:0000 - 2400:CB00:FFFF:FFFF)
2606:4700::/32 (2606:4700:0000:0000 - 2606::4700:FFFF:FFFF)
