I'm very confused about your pricing plans.

    Your pricing plans state that there are limits on submissions.  Are those form submissions sent in by my customers?  Or are those payments they make?  I'm referring to this link on your site that compares plans: http://www.jotform.com/pricing/

    Also, the size limits: does that refer to cases where my customers are submitting photos?  If I delete their emails with their photos, does that reduce the usage on the account?  This is all very confusing. Your forms are great but it would be very helpful if I could speak to someone on the phone to get some clarification.

    Hello Josh,

    We unfortunately do not offer phone support.

    I will try to clarify the pricing as much as possible, feel free to let me know if any point is unclear.

    1. Submissions

    This refers to the form submissions sent in by your clients, this also includes payments made via the form. The submissions count is reset at the end of every month.

    Deleting submissions does not reduce the submissions count.

    2. Size Limits

    The size limits refers to the total storage space available for file uploaded by your clients, the maximum single up-loadable is 10GB, when you delete uploaded files you will recover the space used. Similar to submissions, the storage size is also reset at the end of every month.

    So, if i sign up for monthly on 1/20 at 19.00 a month, i'm going to get charged again on 2/1 for another month?

    No. The renewal will be on the same date of the next month. But submissions count will reset on the 1st day of the next month.
