Are you trying to keep your form private to those who only knows the password to enter the form? We don't have a direct feature for this, but a workaround can be made using our conditional logic, show/hide condition.

You can use this method: http://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-multiple-fields-at-once-using-form-collapse-tool.

Add the password textbox at the top and use this textbox in the conditional logic field.
