Why am I not receiving information in my emails that is required in my form?

    I edited our application form to require a phone number. When tested, you cannot submit the form without entering a phone number, however, when I receive the emails there is no record of the applicant phone number. Is there a step I am missing?

     

    Also, the phone number field is present on the website, but it is not showing up on the preview of the form in "My Forms". When I click edit, the field shows up again.

    Have you managed to fix this?

    It was probably related to your highly customised email notifications, but it does appear you have managed to work out how to resolve it? is that correct?
