How to integrate my form with Google Drive ?

    We would like to integrate our responses in a common folder but with unique file names.  For example the file name by date but all in the same folder.  So far its make a new folder every time  with an Identical file name.

    When you integrate your form with Google Drive it creates a main folder and then inside that folder will create one folder per submission, so if you have three submissions you will have three folders into the main folder, the main folder has form's name, also the integration has by default as name the submissions date, see this screenshot, this is how you see the submitted files in your Google Drive integration :
