I understand that Stripe charge fees to the vendor (me) but do they also charge the customer a fee as well?
I know this isn't strictly a Jotform question but as we've just successfully finished using a form with Stripe for an event (brilliant! thank you!) someone has suggested that the customers would also be paying additional fees (and we're panicking a bit).

First off, although this isn't part of your question, Jotform does not charge anything for using any of the integration. Any extra charges (if there's any), are possibly made by the 3rd party services your form is integrated to.
So for this question, as far as I know (like any other payment gateways), Stripe does not take extra charges on the customer side, instead only on the merchant unless the payment option made was "charged later or payment authorization" as per explained by Stripe here https://support.stripe.com/questions/why-does-my-customer-see-an-extra-1-00-charge-on-their-statement.
