    HI there,

One of my forms embedded on my site keeps giving me the error message

OOPS, the MySQL has gone away

when I click the submit button.

The information from the form is being recorded, and the integration with Dropbox is working just fine, however, my users are not being redirected to the proper 'thank you' page.  As a result they are trying to resubmit the information.

This is the url for the form: https://form.jotform.com/42935865757270

I have looked at other complaints of this nature, but they don't offer any kind of solution other than some integration or other is having a bad day.

    Hello jolomero,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

I did test your form and not able to replicate the issue you are having. I was ale to submit your form successfully and I was redirected to your custom thank you page. Please check the screenshot below:

Are you seeing this error message every time you submit your form? Please share the webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Thank you, I did see the form submitted - only I got it twice - about 10 seconds apart.  The issue is still happening as I had a client use the form after you did.  so I am guessing that the form problem is happening on my site.  Will have to review how it is embedded.

    Update:

I was unable to get this to work reliably so will be discontinuing the form.
