URGENT: Applicants are losing their applications when pressing submit.

    Hello

    I am being notified that when applicants are pressing submit - they are being taken to a page that says

    'page not found' and losing all their information.

    Can you please urgently advise.

    Wow! That is a long form! I have never had success with that long of a form before!

     

    If someone makes it to the 9th page I'm sure they're human. I would remove the final required fields and the human captcha.

     

    Most likely the files that applicants are uploading are too big.

    I would also remove the image/file upload fields, and just have people reply with those files (or make it a separate form).

    I did a test submission in your form but I was not able to replicate the issue. I was able to submit the form successfully.

     

    Can you try again on your end and see if it is working properly now? If the issue still persists, have you embedded your form to your website? If so, can you provide us the exact URL where you have embedded your form so we can further check the issue.

    Hi, 

     

    I am still not able to replicate the issue. I have again successfully submitted a test submission. It could be that the problem is on the side of your users.

     

    May I ask more details regarding your users? From where (country) are they submitting the form? How big are the files they are uploading and do they have reliable internet connection.

    My colleague Christian is offline now. I am not sure but you might received a completely blank application due to @Christian had tested your form.

    I've also tested your form. I am not able to reproduced same issue that you are having.
