Wow! That is a long form! I have never had success with that long of a form before!

If someone makes it to the 9th page I'm sure they're human. I would remove the final required fields and the human captcha.

Most likely the files that applicants are uploading are too big.

I would also remove the image/file upload fields, and just have people reply with those files (or make it a separate form).

    Good luck!

    Thanks pattystours,

I've had 14 applications come in totally fine. Its about three people that are having trouble. Deadline closes today so I can't really make adjustments to it. Freaking out a little :(

    Hi,

I did a test submission in your form but I was not able to replicate the issue. I was able to submit the form successfully.

Can you try again on your end and see if it is working properly now? If the issue still persists, have you embedded your form to your website? If so, can you provide us the exact URL where you have embedded your form so we can further check the issue.

We will wait for your response.
    Regards.

Thanks. If you scroll down you'll see the link in the information

The deadline is tonight - and I don't really have any way to make any major changes as I can't inform all the interested applicants.

    ps.

Also Christian, I asked the people having issues and they seem to all have used chrome if that is any help. I used chrome though also and had no trouble.

The error response they get says

    THIS WEBPAGE IS NOT FOUND

I have just had yet another applicant contact me to say that when they pressed submit they received this message

    {"error":"No action was provided. Please check your request","success":false,"duration":"0.000"}

And I haven't received their application

    Hi,

I am still not able to replicate the issue. I have again successfully submitted a test submission. It could be that the problem is on the side of your users.

May I ask more details regarding your users? From where (country) are they submitting the form? How big are the files they are uploading and do they have reliable internet connection.

We will wait for your response.

    Hi Christian,
    They are in Sydney, Australia.
The files aren't huge. The cap is 500K per image and only 10 images
I can't say whether they have good internet connection or not.
    Thanks

    Hi Christian,
I have just received a completely blank application. Why would this have
    happened?
TO be honest, I'm really less than impressed with Jotform's performance.
    Thanks

    Hi Kelly,

My colleague Christian is offline now. I am not sure but you might received a completely blank application due to @Christian had tested your form.

I've also tested your form. I am not able to reproduced same issue that you are having.

Here is how it works on Preview:

Can you try to re-embed the form using the iFrame embed code?
