Why is the Hover Text Chopped in Half?

I'm starting a new form and would like to use the Hover Text function.  However the right half of what I've typed does not show on the form.  

When you've clicked on the URL below, move the cursor over FULL NAME and you'll see what I mean.  How can I fix that?  

Actually, when I cloned your form, I didn't see any "Hover Text" that defined on "Full Name" field.You can easily add a "Hover Text" to desired field by following the method from the below:

As it is seen, the text in the "Hover Text" is long; but the preview doesn't chopped. Please, contact us, if you need more information.
