I have saved amendments to my form, these amendments show in preview but are not showing on view form?

I have amended fields on out Big Room Enquiry form. These show in preview after saving but are not on the final form when i go to view? I have saved, logged out and logged back in but still not updating.

I have checked your form named Blueprint Recording Studios Big Room Enquiry Form, and it is showing as last edited on 2015-12-11, which is today.

I would also kindly ask you to please provide the link to where you are viewing the final version of the form, so that we can check if there may be any issues with the way how the form is embedded into your site.

If you see your form correctly over its direct link above, but it doesn't show as updated when you are viewing the form on your website, I would recommend re-embedding the form into your website by using our iFrame embed method, to make sure that the form is embedded with its latest code.
