You can directly download the sql file of your submissions and import them in your MySQL database: Check this app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/mysql_export

I was able to replicate mentioned issue when I used mysql app.
I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

On behalf of my colleagues helping you here you are most welcome.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any set time frame for when the issue would be fixed since that would create dishonesty if a set goal or promise is not met since some issues can take awhile longer than others.
However, I would like to reassure you that we do strive to resolve these sorts of issues as quickly and as best we can. But, this also depends on the existing workload our Developers have with other issues ahead of this one.
You are more than welcome to check back again with us about this after a few days if you wish should you not hear anything from us. But additionally, please note that as my colleague said above we will update you again about the issue as soon as possible once it's resolved.
