    Orderable List widget causing form to freeze on submission at some time

    Our AccuMatch Profile form, has been reported by a couple of people that it is freezing when they hit submit on the last page.

     

    I did the survey this morning and it seems to have hung at the end…

     

    After about 15 minutes, I hit <F5> and it went back to the start of the survey.  Maybe this was the final test of the survey… to check patience.

    I took a look at your form and I was able to submit it without any issues.

    Now looking at this, I did notice something with Orderable list widget, but it seems that the same is not affecting its work, so I will leave a note about that, but would like to first ask you a bit more questions before raising this to our developers since there are 43 pages which makes it a bit difficult to pinpoint the exact field that might be causing this.

    Can you please tell us if you are using the form over the direct link (https://form.jotform.com/50878294336264) or if it is embedded somewhere on your website by any chance?

    If that is true, than please do let us know the link to the same so that we can check it out.

    Also, are there any specific details that seem to cause that - if you make specific replies on your fields to make it freeze, but otherwise it works just fine. If that is true, we would need to know the same steps to try and recreate it.

    Thanks. I saw submission come through.We are using the jot form link as is, not embedded onto a page.The only information I have is what I sent you. This has been working fine for quite sometime. No changes have been made in over a month.Both users said the same thing and it was today and both happened this morning.They just got to the last page and hit submit and it said please wait and sat there for quite some time.

    Hi,

    I have checked the link to your form and I was able to replicate the issue as well, I click on the submit button and nothing happens.

    I will escalate it to our second level and one of our developer will take a look here, you will be notified when it's solved or will get news about it via this thread.

    The issue is now resolved - we found the bug and fixed it - so your form should be able to submit.
