    URGENT!! API giving Zapier error message that limit exceeded, but well under limit

    Hello, I am a paid member of Jotform and use a "zap" to run much of our project management process.

    We stopped receiving notification on one of our "zaps" and I looked into it.

    This is our current Jotform account status: http://screencast.com/t/t8jrH7RCw

    However, Jotform is giving Zapier this error: http://screencast.com/t/rRybRtzSfCA that our API limit is exceeded.

    This is completely destroying our project automation and is going to cause HUGE issues if not remedied right away.

    Please advise.

    I have reset your daily API limit. This should fix the problem.

     

    If this happens again, you can ask the support team to reset your daily limit. If it happens often, we recommend that you upgrade to a higher JotForm plan to increase your limits. 

     

     

    BRONZE (Same as your Premium plan)

    'api-daily-limit' => 10,000

     

    SILVER

    'api-daily-limit' => 40,000

     

    GOLD

    'api-daily-limit' => 100,000

    Does this take some time to take effect? I just tried running the trigger again and received the same API exceeded message.

     

    I logged out, logged in, and reset the connection. But, the API error is still being received.

    I assigned this to one of our developers. We will check what happened. 

    Are you sure this is for the meredithgms account? Can you provide more information about the trigger. What is the URL of the form that works with this trigger?

    Yes, I'm sure it is the meredithgms account.

    I've opened a new, private ticket at the link below, due to the fact that the forms these links are tied to will open a project if submitted, and cause a hard cost to my company, should the developers begin work.
