    How to save a custom form as a URL and add the URL to a ticket?

    Ok so we use a system called RepairQ (www.repairq.io) and we need to be able to make custom forms to add to customers tickets so that anyone that looks back on this ticket or if anyone has questions about the ticket they can simply click on the URL link that will detect them to the JotForm saved form. 


    Would be alsome to be able to save a custom form as a URL so that we can always refure back to that URL or give it to a customers to veiw it at a later time.


    If anyone can help us with this request I would very appreciate it!!!

    If i understand your question correctly, you want to include a link to a form created on jotform in your ticket.

    The user can then fill inquiries on the form regarding the particular ticket.

    You can generate the shareable link using the publish wizard in the form builder.

    If the system you are using can dynamically create the ticket numbers, you can pass it as a URL parameter to the form so that the ticket URL is placed in a hidden text-field.
