How to notify another email address when form filled in

I would like to courtesy copy another email address to be notified when a form for my 'Transformation Session Facebook" is filled in. 

How do I do this!?

If I understand your question correctly, you want to send submission email to one more email address after the form is submitted. Is that correct?

There are two possible option to send submission email to multiple email addresses:

#1. You can add multiple email address separated by comma and space in "Recipient Email" field of your email alert . The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
