How can I get forms and responses from my current account transferred to another account?

I made contact twice before here, and was told that my personal account, Lindar@dioceseoffresno.org, can be added to our office account, which is under rhernandez@dioceseoffresno.org, and still retain the responses and forms.

Is this something that has to be done by your office, or can we do the transfer ourselves?

We find ourselves in a bind and need this change to happen ASAP.
