Imported PDF form not completely shown in email

    when is send the form https://form.jotformeu.com/53415522261346 to my email it does not show as a form with all its functions. and i connot send is; it has no send button.

    I'm sorry, but when importing a PDF form, our system will only give you the same PDF form. You cannot have it as an online form version. Cloning the PDF form won't work because the formatting will be lost as you could see it.

    I would suggest getting the PDF instead and select "Auto Collect" so the submit button will appear in the PDF:
