I created a form and emailed it to myself for testing/checking. I then made alterations to the form, which appear on the form template within Jotform. However, whenever I now email it, it still shows the original form and not the updated version. How do i change this?

The changes in the fields should suppose to automatically appear in the notification/autoresponder. But if not, you can always re-create it. Please follow these steps:
1. Delete your current notifier (http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder).
2. Create it again (http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications).
