How to Convert from only one response to several/all??

    Please assist. I'm new!

    I would like swimmers to click on any or all options for attending workouts. its currently set up to allow only ONE option.

    The Radio Button field allows only one selection at a time. Unlike the Checkbox field which do allow more than one selection.

    You can convert the Radio Buttons in your jotform https://form.jotform.com/53454090152247 to Checkboxes fields. Follow the steps on this video
