So I made a survey, and when I preview or open it in a new window, it says it is disabled. I disabled it and re-enabled it and it still says this, Someone help me please.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your account/username Thundermaker300 was auto suspended by the Phishing filter due to the username field on your Gaming forms. But I have manually checked already and noted that they were not phishing forms.
I have corrected the issue and reinstated the forms and the account. You may relogin to the account at http://www.jotform.com/login to see the updated status.
