There times that my customer submit the form and I don't receive any emails.. please help.

I checked the email notification for your form: https://www.jotform.com/93292513364, and the recipient email is not in bounce list, also, upon checking our mail logs, I see good delivery is shown:
Please check in your spam folder. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender.
