Get Form URL : Unable to capture de URL

    I was successful in building a form that captured the unique product url. But now seems like I cannot get the complete url anymore

    I have checked your form and made a test, I also was unable to see the URL in your form, so I can see you are using more than one widget on it.

    I would suggest you to remove some of them and use only one.

    Hi there,

    I've updated the form.

    See form here:

    In the first version I included

    1) name and last name

    2) email address

    3) capturing of url

     

    in the second version, I've added the following fields

    5) radio bottom - select between rent or buy

    6) text area

     

    when submitting the form, it only captures the first version information. Not the second version information. Why is that ?

    Thank you for the update. Unfortunately, notification do not get automatically updated. Meaning that if you modify you form (add or remove fields), this will not reflect in the notification. This is the reason you do not receive it.

    You can add this fields in your notification just by clicking on them.

    thank you, works nicely.

     

    in the Subject line I've written Product Inquiry {id}

    The {id} generates a 18 digit number, which is unreasonable.

    Is there any other way (shorter and simpler) for me to give each submission a unique id ?
