How can I add more boxes, widget, etc to an existing form.

    HI

    1-After having had created a new form, I am not able to add any additional boxes, page breaks, etc. It only allows me to delete things off of it. 

    Thanks for your help. 

    2-I am about to create another form using one of JotForms templates. How can I add that form on top of the mentioned form above, to where the readers will be looking at one very long piece of documents, with page breaks of course.

    I checked the form on your account, and I see additional fieds that are unlabeled at the bottom of the form.

    Were this the fields you had attempted to add previously?

    Perhaps there was a temporary lag that have caused the added fields to not get rendered immediately earlier. May I suggest you retry again this time.

    Let us know if this issue persist on the form.

    HI,

    so staying on this threat as you've requested: I am still unable to specifically add the e-signature at logistically chosen parts of the form titled Consent Forms that I've created. It only shows up at the very end of the document. would you please specify steps I need to take to solve this issue?

    I checked your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/53447482045154 and I can see multiple E-signature widget on it already. And they are located on different part of the form.

    You can drag and drop the field also so that you can position it specifically on your form

    Please let us know if issue remains.
