I am also having this problem on our form here:
it work all the way to page 8 and then it stops working. We are considering purchasing this service for an application process but we cannot have such random errors.
Can anyone help?

I cloned your form, and I encountered the same problem on page 7, so I did remove and add the Terms and Conditions back, and that solved the issue: https://form.jotform.com/53465679861976?
Please do the same, delete the widget, and add it back from the Widgets tab. Let us know if you need more help.
