Reset Calculation by changing option. RESOLVED

I have two forms that calculate values based on whether a person is a member or not.

What I have found is that if Non-member is selected and they choose New card  then they select Member the calculated price remains at the Non-member value. Unless the reset is pressed.

How can I have the values reset to nil when switching between Member and Non-member or vis versa ?

Here is one of the forms n question:

    formID=53464905175965#

    Hello Robert,

I did check your form and found that you are passing calculation to payment field only in case if "Options pour les membres" is selected. There is no calculation added for "Options de non-membres" field.

Please take a look at the following cloned form  where I have gone ahead and updated the conditions and see if this works as expected:   https://form.jotform.com/53471021612948?

Feel free to clone the form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I did have it calculating if either is selected but it would only work if I reset it. Thank you for the fix.

I also hide the "Options pour les membres"  field until there is an entry in the "Nom de famille / No d'adhésion" field. A simple fix to your form for me.

About that, perhaps this is for another thread,

I am using a "Full Name" block for lastname and member number. Is it possible to hide the "Members Options" field until an entry is made in both input fields of the "Nom de famille / No d'adhésion" field.? Right now it appears as soon as any value is entered in to any input field.

    Probably another thread here also.

Can I set the first field for alpha, with 2 or more characters, only and second field for numbers only and have Members Options field only appears if these rules are meet?

Perhaps separate input fields is the easiest solution.

Or perhaps there is a widget.

Thank you for your help. :-)  Robert
