Still cant Add a Text box, or a widget to a template, and cant combine two separately created forms

HI there thanks for your speedy reply.

So I still cant get any additional text boxes, widgets or anything else added to where I want it to appear within the form, not at the bottom of the form. I must mention this problem only exists when I am using one of Jotform's templates. Could it be that I can not make changes to the templates? I even tried cloning the form, but the new clone behaves the same as the original one: i.e: doesn't allow changes. 

the other question was: I'd like my readers to see one big long form, which is technically been created by my adding one template-created from on top of another form I've created myself i.e: ("Intake" form over "Required Therapy Forms").

If such a thing is possible, would you please provide the steps to do it.

Seems that you have opened a new thread which is a reply to 2 different threads that you already have opened.
