Fields showing when you have selected wrong option

Hey Guys,

I have some simple logic that flows like this:

from a drop down box, if option A is chosen show these fields. If it's option B, then show these (different) fields. If Option C show these (again different fields) and so on.

Problem I have is that if you chose option A by mistake instead of B, and then re-select option B, you now see all the fields for option A and B, which is confusing and very messy.

Is this a bug? Surely people all the time are going to accidentally choose the wrong option. How do you fix this?

I am not able to reproduced same issue that you are having.

When you choose option A Then choose option B the fields are changing.

Thank you so much, very good of you to locate the actual form. This is one of those where I swear it did not happen that way yesterday!! Seems to be fine now.
