Fields showing when you have selected wrong optionAsked by faceme on December 13, 2015 at 07:46 PM
I have some simple logic that flows like this:
from a drop down box, if option A is chosen show these fields. If it's option B, then show these (different) fields. If Option C show these (again different fields) and so on.
Problem I have is that if you chose option A by mistake instead of B, and then re-select option B, you now see all the fields for option A and B, which is confusing and very messy.
Is this a bug? Surely people all the time are going to accidentally choose the wrong option. How do you fix this?
I've checked your form which is http://www.jotformpro.com/form/53436798792979.
I am not able to reproduced same issue that you are having.
When you choose option A Then choose option B the fields are changing.
Here is how it works:
Are you having the issue with different form?
I will wait for your response.
