We are a design company, hoping to have a survey form that can GENERATE A WORK TICKET - with a unique ID (which contains either the business name or abbreviation of the business name.)
Is there a way to at least take the business name from its box and set it as prefix in the unique ID automatically?

Unfortunately, no, this is not possible. The Unique ID tool does not have an option such as this.
You can probably attach the business name field and the generated Unique ID in your notification or autoresponder emails, but that's just how far it goes. The submission records saved in our database will still keep them separate.
