I created a form as a guess, after I created the account I cannot find this form on my account. Is there a way that this form can be transfer directly or do I have to create the form again?

I see you appear to have lost a form after registering with us so let's get this sorted out for you.
When I checked your form link provided nothing came up so that means your new account and guest account merged correctly when you signed up.
I found that you have this untitled form on your current account for "SandraVera".
According to your IP our system shows that your location is in Spain so that means your forms and data will be stored on our EU Servers in our EU Datacenter as required by previous recent EU Laws.
Please try logging in through https://eu.jotform.com and you should be able to see your form.
