Can I save submissions to alternative formats rather than excel, csv and pdf?

When output my form submissions to excel the width of columns appears governed by the first row, the cells within which do not seem to allow "wrap text", leaving the column too wide to grab it and make it narrower. With the PDF, I find that when I save the file in another form, i.e. MS word, the quality of text display is very poor. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, the submissions can be exported only to CSV, Excel or PDF only. Since you say that there is an issue with column widths, you may try integrating Google Spreadsheets to your JotForm so that the submission data shall be copied to Google Spreadsheet. Please check if downloading the submission data from Google Spreadsheet helps.

If you have any programming knowledge or willing to hire a developer, you may take a look at our API to get the submission data in the required format.
