I developed  quick upload tool for my customers to upload secondary files. It has a upload limit of 4GB. Why is it failing with just .5GB?

I have my firewall opened up for this tools as well as antivirus exceptions. This should be working.

    Please advise.

    Thanks

Please be noted that the limit of the upload field is 1GB. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with the limits of upload field on your JotForm.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit

Please let us know if there are any other integrations like DropBox/Google Drive on your JotForm. Please change the upload limit to 1GB and see if that helps.

Let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

    Thank you!

Ok, I understand 1GB limit. For some reason I thought I read that this could do more.

Anyway, if limit is 1GB why is my .5GB file failing then?

I checked your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52715927143962 and I can see that you have setup 1GB as the max upload limit.

For uploads higher than 150MB, using the the Single Upload field option is more stable than the Multiple Upload option. So I suggest disabling the Allow Multiple options if you intend to use the upload form on bigger file size upload.

Hope this help. Let us know if issue remains.
